Leslie Clements earned her MFA in Creative Writing at Old Dominion University, where she studied fiction. Specializing in genre fiction, she focuses on fantasy, science fiction, and historical narrative. She writes book reviews for The Fiction Writer's Review online and is currently working on a novel manuscript, which features an empath solving a murder in space.
For shelter, food, and Netflix (priorities), she works as the Virginia Aquarium Special Projects Coordinator because she is a hippie at heart. She also serves as a board member on the Virginia Beach Historic Houses Museum Foundation Board and the WHRO Emerging Leaders Board. All views are, of course, her own.
